U.S. markets enter Monday, May 11, 2026, with conditions set by the Friday, May 8 close. Index levels remained near recent highs. Yields stayed elevated. The dollar held firm. Commodities showed mixed but stable movement.

The S&P 500 closed at 7,354.82.
The Nasdaq closed at 25,911.44.
The Dow closed at 49,742.51.
The Russell 2000 closed near 2,742.

The surface remained steady. The internal structure remained selective.
